This US outfit was formed by bass player Tina Weymouth (b. Martina Mich‚le Weymouth, 22 November 1950, Coronado, California, USA) and her husband, drummer Chris Frantz (b. Charlton Christopher Frantz, 8 May 1951, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, USA), as a spin-off from their main band, Talking Heads.
