We will assign you a password that you can change. If you subscribe to our music trivia service you have the option to create a username, enter your date of birth, gender and email address; we encourage you to submit this information for score tracking and so that we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site. When you subscribe to any site service you may submit your e-mail address. We use your e-mail address to contact you about your subscription, service termination or changes. You must provide true, current, complete, and accurate information when prompted. We may reject and delete any information that we believe is false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy. Surveys We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain information from you. We are not responsible for any personally identifiable information you submit using these tools. From time to time, we may validate the information in our database and obtain additional information, such as address, demographic or lifestyle information, by employing a third party. Our contract with these third parties prohibits them from using or sharing your information with others. We may use this information to send you customer support, contact and service information. We may disclose or access all your information for administrative purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our website. In the event that we undergo a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, consolidation or sale of all or a portion of assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition.
