Information We Collect
We only use information we collect to provide services you sign up
for. When you subscribe to site services including ringtones, music
trivia, horoscopes, and jokes, you are required to enter your mobile
phone number, your carrier, and the model of your phone. We will assign
you a password that you can change. If you subscribe to our music trivia
service you have the option to create a username, enter your date of
birth, gender and email address; we encourage you to submit this
information for score tracking and so that we can provide you a more
personalized experience on our site. When you subscribe to any site
service you may submit your e-mail address. We use your e-mail
address to contact you about your subscription, service termination or
changes. You must provide true, current, complete, and accurate
information when prompted. We may reject and delete any information that
we believe is false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy.
Surveys
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our
site. If you participate, we will request certain information from
you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you
therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
The requested information typically includes demographic information (such

you blog using Write NowSM or submit an entry on our website blog, know
that any personally identifiable information you submit can be read,
collected, or used by other users of the forum, and could be used to
send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for any
personally identifiable information you submit using these tools.

number, the model of your phone, and your carrier information as

contract with the content and billing aggregators prohibits them from
using your information to advertise to you and from sharing your
information with others. From time to time, we may validate the
information in our database and obtain additional information, such as
address, demographic or lifestyle information, by employing a third
party. Our contract with these third parties prohibits them from
using or sharing your information with others. We may use this
information to send you customer support, contact and service
information. We may disclose or access all your information for
administrative purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your
personally identifiable information as required by law and when we
believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a
judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our
website. In the event that we undergo a business transition, such
as a merger, acquisition by another company, consolidation or sale of
